Irwin began his career in 1991, handling brands like Coca-Cola, Disney, and Cathay Pacific for McCann Erickson India. In Dubai, he was part of the Fortune Promoseven Middle East team, where he handled the Sony account in the MENA region. Practically self-taught (and readily admitting to being a chartered accountancy drop-out) he firmly believes that his best teachers are his ‘life experiences’. Overseeing business operations and resources, ensuring the company’s long-term growth, and practicing his mind reading skills are all part of his work day. Irwin is passionate about sports, politics, the stock market, stand up comedy, and the source of true power – knowledge.

TEJAS PAWAR

A computer engineer with diplomas in interior design, and graphics & animation, Tejas began his career at Sony Middle East & Africa, in 1999. During his 10-year tenure in the marketing and communications division, he successfully launched mainstream product brands including Sony Wega, BRAVIA, PS3 and home theatre in the region. At Magnus, he combines his engineering skills and marketing acumen with a passion for building, be it structures or systems. His personal superpower is dismantling the word ‘impossible’, both on the personal front as well as for clients like L’Oreal, Toshiba, Zurich, Bose, Anker, GSK, and Stanley Black & Decker.

AGNELA FERNANDES

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A graduate in economics, Agnela’s career began in 2000 with the ITP Media Group, where she worked her way up to a directorial position.

She joined Magnus in 2017, adding global beauty company Coty to the company portfolio, and addressing the packaging requirements of multiple Coty brands: Bourjois, Adidas, Jovan, Rimmel, Max Factor, Wella, O.P.I. and Sally Hansen. Aggie admires people who are successful yet remain humble and approachable. Her passions are makeup, travel, and meeting likeminded people. Despite her obsession with fitness and the weighing scale, Aggie loves discovering new cuisines and experimenting with exotic recipes. Her personal superpower is ‘never give up’.
